[vagrant-up] Vagrant box version number

I repackaged a Vagrant box that had version number 0.0.2. How do I
repackage it so it showd 0.0.3?

Whan I added the box to Vagrant the version number was 0.

local boxes doesn;t have versions.

versions is a feature of Vagrant Cloud.

you could upload the box and that will have a version.
