[vagrant-up] Vagrant Installer - HashiCorp is not a valid short file name!

Hello

I am seeing the following error (view picture) when trying to
Install/Uninstall Vagrant.

OS: Windows 10 Pro
Current Vagrant Version: 2.1.5

Also, when I type vagrant in my cmd it is not recognised anymore. I have
used it for months before this error happening.
Any idea?

And confirm the signature is fine?
from here:
https://releases.hashicorp.com/vagrant/2.2.0/vagrant_2.2.0_SHA256SUMS

have you rebooted? issue still persists?
