[vagrant-up] Ping from guest host to local host working, but viceversa not working.

I had ubuntu/xenial64 guest host installed on top of Windows 10 desktop
using VirtualBox. I am able ssh to guest host, using vagrant, and also able
to ping the IP of local host also able to access internet from my guest OS.
But I am unable to ping/access guest OS using browser for the guest host on
my Windows host. Do I need to update any configuration or is it an expected
behavior

if you share your vagrantfile will be a copy of what you get, with that we
can help.

If you add a private network, and there is a process like a webserver
running on the VM guest, then it should work.
